Harry at Chingford Audi was outstanding from start to finish. He listened to what I wanted, even when I changed my mind several times! He very quickly built up a picture of what I was looking for and then suggested cars he knew I would like. I had a budget in mind but when I found the perfect car for more than my budget he gave me the time to think it through without being pushy. He kept in constant (but not overbearing) contact throughout the entire process, even when I had to delay picking up my car due to a holiday.
On pick up day he explained everything thoroughly, took me though the car in detail and made sure I was confident when driving away. I honestly had the best experience.
