My sales executive, Alle Rizvi, was an absolute star. He answered all my questions quickly and clearly, often replying even outside of working hours—something he didn’t have to do, but I really appreciated. Alle even picked me up from the train station, knowing I had traveled 175 miles to get there.

The day itself was incredible. The way I was treated at Audi Chingford made the whole experience unforgettable. I was made to feel truly welcome, and it felt like the entire day was centered around me.
